Jeju

We had a fun time on our Jeju vacation: perfect weather and perfect company.  It was a welcome change to do domestic travel- it seemed so easy.... aside from having to drive on the shoulder of the highway to make our flight in time!

Seeing the island by scooter was definitely the way to go.

The view from the Eastern-most portion of the Island, sunrise crater.  We couldn't bring ourselves to get there by sunrise though.

Harubang: the stone grandfathers.  We saw these statues carved from lava rock everywhere.

The crater on top of Hallasan, the peak of Jeju and the highest point in Korea.  We hiked 9.8km each way for this view.
